Pediatric Associates Doral

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Christian Irias and Doris Aguilar. I have two children, and both of them absolutely love them. They are incredibly kind, patient, and always have the best sense of humor, which makes my kids feel comfortable and safe at every visit. As a parent, that means everything to me. My children don’t want to be seen by any other doctor, only them. And honestly, I wouldn’t change them for anyone else. If they ever leave Pediatric & Associates, I will follow them wherever they go without hesitation. We are so grateful to have providers who genuinely care, listen, and treat our kids like their own. Truly the best.

I had a very negative experience at Pediatric Associates Doral with Dr. Mario Rolando Sánchez. My Son’s appointment was scheduled for 3:30 pm, but we weren’t seen until almost 5:00 pm. At reception, I was told that due to my daughter’s age, I needed to complete a questionnaire. However, during the consultation, the doctor only looked at the answers and told me I should take her to the emergency room. He provided no explanation, did not examine her physically, and showed no interest in evaluating her. He simply left the room. The care was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I left feeling dismissed and concerned about an irresponsible diagnosis. I later went to another doctor, where the same questionnaire was done verbally, with eye contact, and followed by a proper examination of my daught

I love the doctors at here at pediatric associates but I find it to be inconsiderate how long the wait time is every time. I arrived at 9:15 my appt at 9:30 it’s now 11:00am and i have still not have been seen by the doctor. It seems like it’s an issue that has not been addressed because reading the reviews this had a been a prob. The waiting room was not full I just do not understand. If they are i ok ver booking the schedule and the wait time is going to be long we should be advised before hand

We are extremely grateful for the care our pediatrician provided to my daughter during a recent stomachache. He took the time to listen carefully, evaluated her thoroughly, and explained everything with such patience and kindness. What we appreciated most was how attentive he was not only to the physical symptoms, but also to her emotional well-being. We left feeling reassured, supported, and confident in the plan he recommended. Truly compassionate and excellent care.

While the pediatricians themselves are professional and caring, the waiting time at this office is consistently unacceptable. Every single visit, the wait exceeds one hour, which is extremely frustrating—especially when you are coming in with children. Managing kids in a waiting room for that long is not reasonable and makes the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. Appointment times seem to have little meaning, and this ongoing issue really needs to be addressed. A pediatric office should be more mindful of families’ time and the challenges of waiting with children.
