Every single person we encountered today were so kind and helpful. This office answered right away, got us an appointment next day, guided me on how to switch the healthy kids assigned pcp, and then got us in, the admin girls, the nurse and Dr Rasheedah were all so patient with my daughter, she has some behavioral quirks and we had to get caught up on vaccines and get a physical done for another procedure, they did absolutely everything for us today with grace and kindness and smiles on their faces. Clean and quiet lobby and patient rooms too! Thank you all so much.

I would give zero stars if possible. My child was seen here for a well visit and I asked about something he had going on, and was told the provider, Rasheeda would prescribe something for xyz. Ok excellent, that sounds good. We leave and go on our way. I noticed the pharmacy hasn’t received the prescription and attempt to call the office but I reach someone who either in a call center or at home, they had horrible background noise and I could hardly hear them, but eventually was able to understand a message was sent to the provider and to wait a bit and my pharmacy should receive the prescription. Hours later still nothing, so I call again, and someone else also not in the office tells me it will be 24-48 hours before the message is reviewed by provider. I’m not happy but okay. Today I ca

Generally a good Dr office for young children, but when you have an appointment, and are not seen by a doctor for over an hour after, it really seems very unprofessional. If you’re going to make us have an appointment, stick to the time you give us. We can’t all sit around for 2 hours waiting for a routine checkup. The rotating Dr list is a concern since they don’t seem to have a consistent one to talk to. Some are great, some are questionable.

This place has lost its family feeling! When Dr. Bell was there the doctors knew your kids. Every time we go in we see a new doctor! Everyone is very nice but it just feels like an ER visit not a family doctor!

Every time I go into this office the staff and Doctors are always so nice and helpful! Today I had an issue with our insurance that had to be resolved before we could be seen and the younglady at the front desk helped me get it all handled so they could get my daughter in for a visit. Highly recommend this office!
