Pediatric Associates Coral Springs

This place is a disaster. They have 5 people at the front desk laughing and wasting time while patients wait more than an hour with an appointment! A complete lack of respect for the babies who arrive and are desperate in the waiting area. It’s fine to wait 15 to 20 minutes, but more than an hour and a half? I do not recommend this place; this is the third time it has happened. I will never come back.

l I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization at Pediatric Associates – Coral Springs location. Today, I had a scheduled appointment for 9:40 pm. At 7:00 pm, I received a call from the office asking me to come in earlier. I clearly informed them I would arrive in about 40 minutes, which I did. Despite this, I was left waiting for a very long time and was not seen anywhere close to the agreed time. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I have experienced similar excessive wait times at other locations, including Boca Raton. Calling patients in earlier and still making them wait for hours demonstrates a serious lack of respect for families’ time, especially when parents are bringing young children late at night. I really love P.A. Although this time the waiting time was quite long (almost one hour), Dr. Paula Grigoriu was absolutely wonderful. She treated my son with great empathy, explained everything clearly and professionally, and made us feel very comfortable. She is the best doctor I have seen at this practice. Thank you!

Every doctor unfortunately is not the same year. We are blessed to have a visit with Dr. Laurie Tansy. My visit with a doctor Laurie last night made me change my mind about leaving pediatrics Associates for good after many mishaps of bad service and wishy-washy doctors that were cold. She’s the best doctor I have ever encountered at pediatrics Associates. I will make sure to set my appointments with her alone moving forward.

I have been taking my oldest to this office since 2018 and now taking my youngest. It has gradually gotten worse in terms of the wait time and the nurses/ma’s. The caring feeling this office used to have has been long gone. My baby was not in the mood for a doctor visit and while I know most babies don’t, they just didn’t not seem to care. My son fell asleep and he had to be woken up to shots to his thighs because they took 20-30 minutes to prepare after the physician saw us. Even the physician asked why we were still there. The MA seemed to be new and when she told whoever it was supervising her that she was ready …the response she got was something along the lines of I keep getting interrupted I need to finish my work. Not that the patient has been waiting to get out of here. Is overs
