Pediatric Associates Boynton West

The front office is horrible at this location. Dr. Letsky is an awesome doctor but everyone at the front desk makes you wait an hour even though you have an apt and they don't call you in even if you just came in to do a lab test for your child without seeing a doctor and there is no line at the lab. They have to get better and more qualified and fast and friendly front desk staff and then their reviews would be 5 star reviews!

I’ve been to the West Boynton location once before and had a comfortable experience Unfortunately today’s visit with nurse practitioner Gabriella Kortz left my daughter in tears and her confidence shaken. I want compassion and understanding from a practitioner, not judgement. I would caution any parent or caregiver to engage with this provider.

The worst location I have ever been with my kids. We late for 15 mins on our sick appointment as my 3 m.o. doesn’t want to sit in the car seat and I have to stop and calm him down and the lady on the front desk offer to come back 2 hours later as the doctor cannot see us - he/she is on lunch right now and there is no any open windows for the closest appointment. So the lunch is more important than the patient, and it was nobody in the waiting area, only one lady with kid that also late and they also were upset with the staff. So bon appetite to the doctors in Boynton West location.

I scheduled an ear piercing appointment For our daughter. She was a new patient and the front desk staff member set up the new patient, new patient forms, and told me to bring her vaccine record. When we were in the room, my daughter got alcohol swabbed on her ears for prep, I was just making small talk because my daughter was about to cry and I said “ah another office appointment” because kids are scared of the doctor office environment and the doctor stopped and said “wait you go to another office” and I said yes, we were suggested to come here and she went to talk to a manager and said “we can’t pierce her ears because she isn’t an established patient” even tho we put all her info into a portal. The doctor suggested we should go to “Claire’s” that suggestion alone was ridiculous beca

We have been visiting Pediatric Associates Office at Boynton West for years since my daughter was a baby, either for an annual wellness checkup or a sick visit. Great staff and great services overall from the front desk, nurse and doctor! They are friendly and professional. Thank you to all the staff at the Pediatric Office!
