I recently visited Dr. Panvini for my daughter's school forms, and I was very pleased with our experience. He was patient, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable. Based on this visit, I would absolutely consider him as a provider for my other children in the future. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the nurses significantly detracted from the visit. I believe her name was Viyan or Vivian. From the moment she called us from the waiting area, her demeanor was hostile and unwelcoming. My daughter even commented afterward that she felt scared to answer questions because of the way the nurse spoke to us. What concerned me most was witnessing this nurse interact with her coworkers. I visited Pediatric Associates on Thursday for a school form update. While the front desk staff were friendly and the office had a festive, welcoming atmosphere, the wait time was unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 8:50 a.m., and I did not leave until about 10:15 a.m. During that time, several patients who arrived after us were seen before we were, and we were only called back after staff realized we had been missed. The experience in the back was mixed. Abdul, the PA we interacted with, did not introduce himself and was not very engaging or kid-friendly, which made the visit more stressful than necessary. Dr. Moises Haratz is the absolute best pediatrician ever. His love, attention, care, professionalism, and knowledge is unrivaled and far beyond what we ever could have anticipated. We moved an hour away to Delray and still drive to him to see our kids. The practice generally is great too, with specialists for various needs, and the staff is very warm, helpful, and great with our kids. Highly highly recommend.

I use to love coming to Pediatric Associates in the Boca Raton office, but in the last year they have really gone down hill. They changed their website and their scheduling process is a NIGHTMARE. You try to schedule an appointment for a sick visit, and there's no one available showing for a week! It's actually the same for a well visit too. When you do get an appointment, the front office is not pleasant, and the wait times have increased. I'm not sure what happened or maybe management changes, but I definitely dread taking my children there now.

Every time we go here, the doctors are running over an hour behind. I can understand it happening once. However, someone there needs to do a better job of scheduling. They show no respect for their patients time. Even more important: we specifically asked for a male doctor. They don’t have many on staff, and we had to wait for a month for my almost 18 year old sons well visit. They don’t bother telling us they had switched to a female doctor. Very disappointed! (This is not criticizing the doctors treatment).
