Pediatric Associates Alafaya

At first I had really great experiences with this office, but recently I don’t feel comfortable going here anymore. The front desk staff and nurses are so sweet, but the doctors need to learn to have more empathy. I feel like I’m constantly being forced to vaccinate my child right away, I try to ask questions and not even denying the vaccines just simply wanting to know more and space them out. I got asked if I let my daughter watch tv today when I asked about a vaccine by the doctor. I said I know it’s not good, but I may let her for maybe 5 minutes so I’m able to shower. She told me instantly that I’m going to cause her to have autism and not the vaccines. When I didn’t even state that autism was my concern about the vaccines. My concern are the ingredients in them and how many they are

So thankful for the incredible service we received. After being rejected to be seen by her surgeon because my child was “possibly” contagious, the doctors and staff at Pediatric Associates took us in and cared for my child with very little wait. So grateful it was nothing major but even more thankful that we could count with the best care. THANK YOU!

It’s always a great experience taking my son to see Dr. Sorangel Diaz! She’s so professional, kind, and truly cares about finding the right treatment and solution for any issue he may have. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The whole staff at the office is amazing too!

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable practitioner. I got all three of my kids in for their yearly visits at once. We were in and out within an hour and a half from start to finish. Great place!

Good customer service and accommodating with last minute sick appointments. Doctor has great bed-side manners & was thorough in explaining the differences of bacterial and viral infections not just to me but my daughter, as well. Thank you! Enjoyed the bacteria and virus chat😉
