Pediatric Associate-Youngstown

The receptionist was so rude! She kept arguing with me how she can't schedule an appointment for a new patient without records but my question was when was the soonest appointment before I transfer any records over because he needs one as soon as possible! Not that I waited to the last minute but I can't help insurance companies take forever to update new people and he has a 30 day refill due! thanks but no thanks on him being a patient here as rude as she is!

I am happy with this place. The staff is friendly, and great with children. They get you in pretty quickly if your child is sick. Their hours are convenient, and they are open on Saturdays. Would recommend!

Very good physicians and nurse practitioners. They are great with the children and my kids really like them. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience and I highly recommend them!

They are personable people. They do their jobs effectively, and answer all my questions. I take both my 4y/o daughter & 1y/o son here all the time.

We have always received the best care at pediatric Ass.. They are very understanding and nurse Kesslar is very thorough with her examinations.
