Pediatric & Adolescent Urgent Care of WNY

The nurses and doctor were fantastic. From the moment we walked into the door. Even with coming in late, 9 pm when they close at 10, they didn’t not make us feel rushed at all. Also letting me stay with my daughter the whole time and trusting my opinion of how to help during the sutures she needed above her eye. The nurse even made us both laugh a few times during the tears and pain of the process. Very much recommend and trust them to handle my children with care. Left happy and with a blue popsicle. Thank you for the great care and saving a trip to children’s hospital.

The team at this facility couldn't possibly be more wonderful. They're kind, fantastic with kids, and some of the most knowledgeable and competent medical staff in the area. Everyone from the receptionist to the triage nurse to the PA's and docs are just fantastic. We are so grateful they're here for our community and feel so lucky to have them close by. With how well the facility is run, I hope one day they'll be able to extend their hours even further.

Our second time at this location and the staff is phenomenal. They are great and patient with kids. We had a late 9pm appointment and they sent us home with a dose of amoxicillin since our pharmacy was closed as well as Motrin. We couldn’t ask for better service every time we have to visit.

I brought my son here for really bad cough and wheezing, let me just say they were fantastic 10/10 recommend. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if/when I do I will be coming here! And it was his 2nd birthday and they made him feel extra special despite how he was feeling. Everyone tonight 3/2/26 absolutely fantastic and thank you guys soooo much truly from the bottom of my heart!

Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Got in to our scheduled slot on time, plenty of staff that were all helpful and nice to the kiddo. Doctor was patient and answered our questions and gentle with the baby. Overall we had a very positive experience. Glad to have somewhere to go when pediatrician had no sick appointments available
