We’ve always had great care and we have seen multiple doctors at the Wallingford location. Scheduling is easy and front desk has been very helpful, surprised to see so many negative reviews.

As a first time mom, I would recommend any of these physicians and clinical staff to take care of my child. The providers and clinical staff truly care about their patients. Dr. Aroesty specifically has been a wonderful primary care provider to my son. She truly cares about her patients and it’s obvious. Not only is she a competent and highly knowledgeable doctor, she is a kind person. I know my concerns will be addressed in a timely manner with Dr. Aroesty. I know my son will always have the highest level of care and advocacy through her. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Highly recommend

There was a time when they were good , but not anymore. I’m more then disappointed. My 3 children have always been there, and now my Granddaughter. So my Granddaughter started 15 months ago ,it’s been horrible. One doctor trying to look in her ears for infection held her so tight he left bruises of his fingers on her head , and last week when I took her for her physical the nurse Zoe cut her leg with the needle!!! And said nothing she quickly covered it up with a band-aid. I had blood on my shirt, when I called to confront them about this they said someone would call back 4 days later still no call. We had to call again and all we got was “we are answering your call from 4 days ago & well we have to do shots quickly , that’s how we do it“ !!!! My Granddaughter screamed when that happened s

My husband and I started visiting Prohealth Physicians with our 1st child 8yrs ango and now we have 3 kids. Our kids primary health provider is Dr Kasia Koziol Dube. At other times, other providers also see attend to us esp for immediate appointments. once we call in the morning, we do get appointment and we are seen. So far I cannot complain. They are very professional health team. My family is very appreciative of Dr Kasia. My elderly child got sick; her liver enzymes were elevated coupled with some stomach pains. Initially she got admitted at children’s hospital for 2 days. Was discharged to follow up with her provider. On her visit to Dr Kasia, she was like stop this med and take this med instead. We have been going to pro health physicians in wallingford for 3 years with our two girls. Dr Pouliot is their primary and we’ve seen a few of the other docs as well. I’m shocked when I read these other reviews as we are often a couple mins late and never have any problem. There was one rude/unprofessional front office staff member a year ago who I haven’t seen there recently so maybe they let her go or she moved on. But the clinical staff have been excellent and very helpful. Getting sick visits have not been a problem and if they are, Dr Pouliot recommended PM pediatrics— they’ve been great for night/weekend care because they really understand the pediatric population.
