Pediatric & Adolescent Care of Silver Spring

We've been going to Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring for 4 years now for all three of our children (ages 0-4). We typically see Dr. Nguyen or Dr. Witkin--both of whom are so wonderful; they are knowledgeable and confident, listen to our concerns, and always put us at ease. I appreciate that I always feel heard about any issues my kids are experiencing, but they never over-treat anything that could safely be watched (or that will simply get better on its own). The nurses are also always wonderful and so sweet with our kids. The staff at the front desk and checkout are kind and helpful. We can usually get the appointment times and providers that we request (for both well and sick visits) and there is never any wait-time once we get there. We have been so happy with everything a

I’m writing this to save other parents the headache and the money. We were charged $50 for a spacer at the office, only to be billed another $50 later for a "demonstration fee." It is ridiculous to charge a parent $50 to show them how to click a plastic tube together—especially when we already purchased the device from them. It’s a standard part of a medical visit that they have turned into a profit center. I’ve tried to resolve this over the phone with no luck. Extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and will be sharing this experience everywhere.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Feldman. From the very beginning, he made my children feel safe and comfortable. He explained everything with so much care and clarity, and we felt completely at ease talking about difficult subjects. We truly felt listened to and understood.

I’ve been taking my niece here for nine years and now my own littles. The care is always tailored to the specific patient and the follow up is impeccable. I know my kids are in great hands when it comes to their care. I recommend Dr. Witkin and Dr. Johnson with the utmost confidence. Everyone goes above and beyond to make what could be a stressful situation run smoothly. On our last visit it happened to be heavily raining and they were so thoughtful to come out with umbrellas to help my infant twins and I in!

My four boys have been patients in this practice for over 24 years. I'm grateful for the consistently great care and attention we receive. From infancy through late teens the doctors and staff have always helped with whatever need presented.
