Pedia-Doc Children's Medical Center PC

Been coming here since 2015 when i had my first child, now I have two kids that comes to this office but lately the service here is terrible. The front desk act like they don’t want to help, the doctor is never in office, & it’s just unacceptable. Last few times has been a disappointment & I don’t understand why they are still practicing. Finding my kids a new pediatrician asap

I have 3 children 23,18 and 12 I have been bringing them to this office since the oldest one was about 8 or 9. The other two their whole lives and although sometimes they are very busy and you may have bit of a wait I would never take my children anywhere else. The staff is friendly for the most part but every office has their few that you could do without. I love the way the Dr. Smith is with my babies and now my grandson goes here as well. This is not the place for you if you think it's always going to be a in and out situation because sometimes that's not the case but as long as your patient they will see you and your child or children will be in the best hands.

worst place i grew up gong to these women and now its soo horrible every time i call to make a appointment the receptionist is always rude they are always to booked my child has been to the emergency room soo many times and i have yet to get a follow up appointment nor can never schedule one !!!! and i can never do a walk in which is sad

Front staff are rude. Had doors locked an hr before closing. Refused to see my kids because it was 11 and closed at 12.

Hands down the best pediatrician I’ve ever taken my kids too the staff is great
