Family waiting area 4th floor looks disgusting. Fingerprints/ handprints all over the windows. Seating is dirty and disgusting. It’s hard to sit in an area like this and feel clean.
The security officer at the Emergency Department entrance was VERY rude. My wife has an acute stroke and Covid19 garbage becomes more important than human dignity. He was the way over weight officer. Unprofessional!!! Should not be dealing with the public especially in a Health Care setting.
