Pearl Massage Spa

Been a few times now. Once or twice, it's been phenomenal and I feel the need to come back. The other 5 or 6 times, it's lackluster, feels rushed, and like a money sinkhole. Guess you just need to get lucky with who is working. Roll of the dice 🤷

This woman went crazy on me because I called her on trying to upsell me 10 bucks. I was polite and she flat out refused me service. Owner was extremely understanding. This was at 9 pm. An older Hispanic woman. I'm pretty sure she was speeding snd it was immediately off putting like I was talking to a car salesman

paid $50 for a massage. waited in room for 10 minutes then got patted down for a few minutes before getting told she is exhausted and sorry they're too busy and shown out. total time in place maybe 20 mins tops including the waiting around in room time. they don't handle being busy very well at all. would give 0 stars if i could.

Absolutely horrible. It was cold in the room, they didn't have a real massage table. They didn't use any massage oils. I paid for an hour massage but only got 30 minutes worth of someone rubbing their hands against my skin, not anywhere close to a real massage. Do not recommend!! I will never give them my business again.

Great experience, Relaxing and rejuvenating easy to access and friendly and accommodating staff. Walked in with a sore back and walked out feeling refreshed. Definitely looking forward to going back. Clean facility with clean linens.
