Kelsey is the most amazing physical therapist professional I’ve ever been to. I’ve been seeing her for quite a few years for neck and face pain. She manipulates the right areas to give me exceptional pain relief. I always feel so much better after I see her. I’m so thankful I found Kelsey! I started seeing her at the beginning of my second pregnancy. I had some lingering pelvic floor issues from my first pregnancy that were worsen with my second. She helped me recover my pelvic floor during my pregnancy and even strengthen it. My second postpartum recovery was astronomically better than my first! The most amazing thing to me was that I did not tear at all and my second was almost 9lbs with a 14in head!! I know that the work I did with Kelsey made this possible. The OB even asked who my pelvic floor PT was because my pushing was really effective! Kelsey has also helped me manage sciatic pain and other shoulder and back issues. She is absolutely incredible and I refer her to everyone I know.

I would highly recommend Kelsey for pelvic floor therapy and support. She was able to work with me to get my body back into a normal state. She focused on exercises that I could do as a working mom and evaluated all areas of my body that could be contributing to my problem. She truly cares for her patients and supports you on your journey for recovery. I wish pelvic floor therapy was more recommended after having kids to get your body back and not feel like this is the new norm you have to live with. No matter what stage you are in, would recommend seeing her for advice and support!

I went to Kelsey consistently while pregnant with my second baby and what a tremendous change it made in my delivery and recovery. She taught me how to understand what my body needed & how to address those needs. Plus, my recovery was so much easier the second time around which I attribute to her.
