Great staff. They listen and developed a plan that met my specific needs. It's not some cookie cutter workout plan.

Clean gym, reasonable membership prices. Never a bad time to work out. Staff / fellow members are very friendl. If your looking to reach your fitness goals, this location can help you achieve them.

I have been here for 2 injuries. Both times the therapist were great. Able to help me heal easier with movement and messages. The environment is very friendly and everyone feels like family. After my initial injury I had with my hip I found the pain was coming back from the lack of physical movement after I completed PT. I joined the gym to stay strong and get rid of the pain. Stay strong and healthy.

I have been a member in the past and loved the variety of classes and equipment available. I appreciate that they are a 24 hour gym and access is through a security code so I could go at my convenience. Last but not least the staff is educated and friendly and make you feel comfortable no matter what your body type is or where you are at reaching your fitness goals.
