On Feb 22, 2023, I called the phone number for this 610 N. Coit Rd, Ste 2120, location, and: 1) I was asked where I was located, and learned this phone number is sort of a call center for offices in El Paso, Frisco, and Plano, which is sort of misleading, 2) I learned they do not see new patients at this location, it is only for doing surgery; one has to go to Frisco or Plano (Preston and PGBT), 3) their website lists only El Paso, Downtown Dallas, Richardson, and Coppell - doesn't even list Plano or Frisco, 4) their website lists 24 physician "partners," no specific doctor per location, 5) their cost for an appointment is 2x what CareNow charges to come in for an X-ray and to see a doctor. Too much weirdness here for me. Seems their #1 goal is to make lots of money for themselves.

Had a great experience with these guys. Everyone was very friendly and the docs were amazing throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them!
