Kate’s practice has changed my life! I cannot say enough great things about her!! Prior to Kate, I struggled with daily low back & nerve pain. Just finished my 3rd appt with Katie. I have tendonitis in my elbow and have tried PT, ultrasound etc. and nothing really took the pain away. So far my elbow feels better than it ever has. More importantly she doesn't just focus on my elbow but my overall health and how it's all connected. Great experience!

I have been having accupuncture for about 8 years now and Kate is by far the best practitioner I have ever seen. Thoughtful, compassionate, and skilled. Do not waste your time on the fast food “galley” style accupunture when you can see Kate. You may feel like you are save money taking that route but you will lose on efficacy.

Before seeing Kate, I struggled daily with upper and lower back pain from sports related fractures and injuries and was skeptical that I would ever find relief. After just a few sessions with her, I was given much more than just temporary relief as my back began to unlock, allowing me to go back to my normal routine without feeling crippling pain. On top of that, I started getting better sleep and headaxhe reloed. Kate was able to provide me with so much more than just pain relief and I am extremely grateful to have been and to continue to be under her care.
