Peachtree Immediate Care - Warner Robins Urgent Care

I had a truly positive experience on my first visit at this urgent care facility. My sister recommended this office to me, after another place told me they couldn't help me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The young lady at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which was such a blessing when I was not feeling my best. The medical team was compassionate, attentive, complimentary and thorough. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan of care. I never felt rushed, and that meant a lot. The sweet woman at the front desk was awesome and conversation with her puts you at ease for your appointment. Then the provider I saw yesterday afternoon was a true gem! He was the perfect balance of professional and personable. Very knowledgeable and capable, but also someone I genuinely enjoyed talking with. Highly recommend Peachtree Immediate Care!

Waited over a week for basic lab results then when I call back when they called and said they were ready I owe getting transferred to nobody. What’s the point in telling patients to call back when the only people who are able to give out lab results have a completely different job that takes up so much time that they can’t pick up the phone? Then when I’m told that they only take calls between patients and that they’ll put me on a call list that I most likely will miss because I have to work myself… It shouldn’t be this difficult. It’s been well over a week.

Didn’t have to wait very long. Saw the FNP working that day Kimberly Jenkins. She had a wonderful bedside manner, diagnosed me with care, and in a very timely fashion, and had me on my way ! Been here a few times before, and had great service then, will continue to use this facility! Very satisfied patient!

I had a wonderful experience at this care facility. My daughter had went a week before and told me they were extremely friendly, helpful and fast, and she was not kidding. Upon arrival, I filled out a short form and within a few minutes, they were already taking me to the back Where I sat for maybe 30 seconds before the doctor walked in. The doctor introduced herself and gave me her full attention. She proceeded to give me a full check up and answered all my questions without rushing me through it or walking away as I spoke as Happens in most urgent cares or doctors office's. They had a flat rate which was fantastic for me because I have no health insurance (Yes, I am an American citizen, born and raised).
