I had an appointment and was seen promptly. Ashley gently swabbed for COVID, Flu, and strep-the negative results were quickly relayed to me. Raven then came in and determined I was wheezing and since I’m an asthmatic, gave me a breathing treatment, and called in steroids and a nasal decongestant asking for filling prescriptions quickly which they did. I was treated promptly, professionally, and in a caring manner.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and appropriate instructions. The nurse was friendly, but appropriately professional. She explained what she was going to do and then shared her findings with me. When Dr. T came in I congratulated him on pronouncing my name correctly and I tried to pronounce his. That’s when when he told me it was easier for everyone to just call him Dr. T. He asked for my symptoms, then did a physical assessment, telling me his findings as we went along. He told me what his course of treatment was going to be and that the nurse would be in shortly to do a couple of swabs. She did and we joked about how awful those first Covid swabs had been. She left telling me she would be back with my injections. When she returned she gave me choices about how I would be most comfort

The whole staff on the scheduled visit worked together seamlessly. They were courteous. No hesitation to return as the need arises. Even the doctor himself listened and viewed something fantastical on my mobile phone. This pleased.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was professional, respectful, and very efficient from check-in to discharge. The front desk team was welcoming and made the paperwork process smooth

Angel was very helpful, patient and kind! She was very professional! The rooms were very clean and sanitary with hand sanitizers. The PA was wonderful and so was the assistant. They listened to my concerns and what I had been going through for the last 5+ weeks. Had been on se real medications during this time and was the first time even felt like I could go be tested for RSV. I had already been tested for Pneumonia and I did not have it. My dr’s office was unable to test me for RSV and referred me to Walgreens which said they had nothing I could get over the counter to test with and recommended I go to an urgent care place near by.
