Peachtree Immediate Care - Smyrna

This is a fantastic Urgent Care! Aisha at the front desk is so awesome. She helped me first over the phone, then in person when I arrived. The entire staff are helpful, dedicated, hardworking, and caring. They made my experience here as absolutely pleasant as possible given my health circumstances when I got there and made it so easy for me to get to an in network hospital for further procedures and treatment. The provider, Jace, was very knowledgeable, kind, dedicated to his craft, and obviously interested in my well-being and, I can only imagine, in that of all of his patients. Going to the Urgent Care can be a pain, but not here. It really was a pleasure, all things considered. Five Stars!

I have been here 2 times. I have had awfully long wait each time. Each 3+ hours waiting but only a waiting room of 5 people. I arrived at 9:30. I was told the latest would’ve 11:50. It is currently 1:00. Still sitting in the waiting area. I assume poor time management. Most people are in here for a cold. They tell you the earliest time on the iPad is the latest time they will have you in the room but this always seems to be false. If you truly feel awful, you should not come here and expect to be seen immediately or even in a timely manner. Multiple people left after waiting almost 2 hours because they were feeling so bad. Also, my fist time here I only had a 20 dollar co pay. A month later in the same insurance year, I had to pay 50 just to go be seen for what I already know is wrong jus

Had a freak accident where a large vase split from the base and got a pretty nice cut on my middle finger. Was able to walk in and get assessed and stitched up all within 2 hours, start to finish. The entire team working was very helpful and I appreciate their care. Would definitely choose this urgent care again.

The nurse and provider were very kind, informative, and professional. I also appreciated that there were a plethera of nice children's books we could read while waiting, as well as child sized seats. However, the rest of the experience was terrible. Even though I made an appointment several hours prior - and we arrived on time - my two young children and I waited an hour and half until we were finally called back...just to wait more for the provider. We waited forever and there were not that many patients there. Furthermore, it seemed like there was basically no one working there? The front desk lady was barely at the front desk; and there only seemed to be one nurse and one provider onsite. It seems like there's a more efficient way to run things.... I made an appointment online for 10/27/2025. I completed my registration information, insurance, etc., online prior to arrival. I checked in at the kiosk upon arrival. They were very pleasant at the check-in desk and throughout the service. They did a great job setting expectations for wait time of about 40 minutes. They offered to text me, so I could go about 3 minutes away and vote while I was waiting on my turn. They clearly explained I should return within 5 minutes of receiving the text. I voted and returned to Urgent Care before my turn. I waited about 10 minutes before it was my turn. The Physicians Assistant did a great job explaining tests he would like to complete to rule out or verify diagnosis. The PA and Nurse did a great job and always responded in a kind way to me
