Peachtree Immediate Care - Sandy Springs

My whole experience was very nice! The staff including the young lady at the front desk, were ALL very professional and I felt like a patient and not a number. If ever I need emergency assistance again, this will definitely be my location of choice and If I had to suggest a referral, I would choose them without hesitation! The staff is awesome!

I had a genuinely pleasant experience here, especially given how anxious I was walking in. I had already tried two other urgent care locations that didn’t accept my insurance, so by the time I arrived I was feeling defeated, worried, and honestly pretty frantic. From the moment I checked in, though, the experience completely shifted. The receptionist, the nurse, and the PA were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient. They took their time, listened carefully to my concerns, and didn’t rush or make assumptions. I truly didn’t expect that level of care from an urgent care clinic. As a woman and an African American woman at that I’m used to feeling dismissed or rushed in medical settings, so being listened to thoroughly meant a lot. Had a great experience at Peachtree immediate care with the appointment, check in, doctor and staff. The office and waiting room are pleasant. Nice finishes. Even has a raised counter and chairs as a place to put your computer and work if you need to. The night before, I went to Piedmont urgent care for a UTI. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic, but the staff put the antibiotic label on a bottle of naproxen and dispense that to me instead. The next morning when I wasn’t getting any better, I went back to Piedmont only to find that they were closed because of freezing weather. Peachtree Immediate Care, on the other hand, was open and fully staffed. I was able to make an appointment online within half an hour, and get in to see the doctor in a short period of time. From the front desk, medical assistant to the medical provider, my experience was great. Dr Patel and her team’s attentiveness and care was something I did not question . They actually listened and I felt heard and seen. Very thorough as well. Their plan for care was spot on. If you’re in doubt, don’t be! Great team of care providers here!

I was the sickest I've been in a while & NP Lucy really took care of me. I had to go back a second time to make sure I was on the right road to recovery, and I got to see her again. I'm very grateful for the attention-to-detail & overall care I received! Thank you so much :)
