The facility itself is quiet, clean, and calm, and the staff were kind and professional throughout my visit. That said, I do want to share some disappointment with the timing and flow of my appointment. I scheduled an online appointment at 6:19 PM for a pre-employment drug test and arrived at the clinic at 7:12 PM. I completed all required paperwork in advance, including submitting the requested form via email, and was ready to provide the sample at the time of arrival. I waited patiently; however, by 7:58 PM, two individuals—including one who arrived after me and still needed to complete check-in paperwork—were taken back before I was. When I gently asked how much longer it might be, I was told the appointment would be quick, which I understood, but my concern was more about timing sinc

Came here and had a great experience from the initial phone call to the discharge. My daughter had a subungual hematoma that worsened overnight. They performed and xray and drained the blood with success and care. The customer service was amazing from the front to the back. A huge thank you to Annaleigh Autry, PA-C, Ammeyonne, and Mariana for being an excellent example of what healthcare should be. You are greatly appreciated and deserve to be recognized! 🙏🏾

The staff here was very friendly and efficient, especially Jordan! She was fantastic! Even at the close of business, Jordan still had a smile on her face and took her time, ensuring all of my needs were met. We were in and out in a decent amount of time. I definitely would recommend this place!

This was a horrible experience! I just went here for a visit and was refused care because I didn’t have my credit card. I informed them that my card was used fraudulently as a result the bank cancelled my card. My payment was only $25 with my insurance and they refused the case and turned me away. I waited 20 minutes until someone came to the desk and even greeted me. I had to speak to the young girl just to be noticed after making an appointment. She told me it was the policy. They have no compassion for others. I asked for a supervisor and she did not get her on the phone. It’s all about money and they treat humans with no dignity.

I had 1 good experience and 2 very bad experiences at this urgent care. I had bronchitis or some type of lung infection for an entire month and decided I'd had enough of it and decided to go in. I was prescribed an antibiotic that absolutely wrecked my stomach and didn't work. 3 additional weeks later I go back in, asked for a culture swab to figure out what it is specifically so I dont go ruining my system with general antibiotics that don't target it, and they LOSE my specimen. They call me to come back in a 3rd time. I take time off work to go back in to be re-swabbed, and they made ANOTHER error and said I'd need to come back in a fourth time to have my culture swabbed! The NEGLIGENCE of this place! And now I have had a lung infection for EIGHT WEEKS!!! I most definitely WON'T be comin
