I recently visited this location, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. In situations where you’re not feeling your best, that level of kindness and efficiency truly makes all the difference. The facility was clean, well-organized, and ran smoothly. I was seen in a timely manner, and the medical team took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan. I would especially like to give heartfelt praise to Aaron. He was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Friendly and efficient location. From the reception/intake staff to the treating physician, this is a location who cares about their job and patients. I was cared for efficiently, quickly and with respect. Everything was explained in detail and I was provided clear instructions for next steps. My medication was ready quickly after my appointment and I was able to go home and rest knowing what to do to care for myself moving forward from the appointment. Welcoming and thoughtful experience, will choose this location again if I need care outside of my regular PCP.

Did a telehealth appointment. I Have Covid. Chest tightness got worse so I went in for a further evaluation , requested a chest X-ray. I sat waiting for over an hour with my chest tightened. They have no urgency!! Definitely not immediate care. Then the Dr comes in and I’m telling him I just want to leave it’s taking to long and my chest hurts and I’m tired I need to go lay down I have been waiting. Of course no apology and without hesitation told me I could leave. Then , put on my discharge papers I was noncompliant for unknown reasons. Which was a lie I waited long like I told him. I work in urgent care and chest tightness pain etc. is considered emergent. Not to mention there was only one patient in the waiting room when I arrived !! Staff was very professional , Doctor was caring and she even followup with a phone call two days later to give me test results and she how i was feeling. Exceptional Service is rare these days and I really appreciated the attention to care. ,

I had a great experience during my visit. The staff were nice and professional. The Dr. was Professional and nice. Good table side manners. He explained and made sure that I understood what was going on.
