Peachtree Immediate Care - Kingsland

Awesome facility! Totally recommend if you need to go to urgent care. My first visit here was pleasant and efficient. This place is ran very well. The staff is phenomenal. Friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Their check-in process is straight forward and easy. And I waited less than 45 minutes for a walk-in. Thanks Peachtree Immediate Care and the wonderful ladies that work there.

Bonnie, the Nurse Practitoner, was kind, and excellent listener and very kind. Dee and Rose were very efficient, patient and even funny! Victoria was efficient and hilarious. I wish I could remember the other MA, I think, because she piped in with helpful information too! Their care installs confidence. I'd give 100 stars if I could! They are hard-working, and very caring and they know their stuff!

A great experience from check-in to check-out. I can’t remember the front desk woman’s name, but she was extremely helpful and friendly. Our clinic personnel was so kind and patient, while my child explained what they were experiencing. The NP we saw, was knowledgeable and very sweet. She laid out choices and I felt she gave balanced advice. Overall, this facility has done a complete 180, since the last time I personally visited there a few years ago. I am pleased to say I will be returning for future ailments or minor injuries.

Was a great experience from the time I walked into the door until the time I left. Barely any wait time. All of the staff was so caring and made me feel at home and took care of the issue I was having. Definitely will be returning if any other issues come up! Great place. Alicia L.

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, great medical staff and environment. However I could never recommend this place purely due to their billing. I have been trying to solve a $500 charge since December and their billing department has only given me the run around. And I still have yet to get help figuring anything out or get any closer to handling this issue as of March.
