Peachtree Immediate Care - Johns Creek

Made an appointment online and completed all the registration forms before arriving. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time; however was sitting in the waiting room for almost 90 minutes before I was seen. Walk-ins were told the wait was more than 2 hours. Once I was called, the medical team was terrific. The physician took time with me and provided helpful analogies to explain my health. The lower rating is the result of the scheduling. The staff gets a 5 star rating.

I was greeted warmly by the girl in the front desk and then had the pleasure of meeting nurse Susan. She was warm, professional and had me laughing right away despite how bad I was feeling. I have Interstitial Lung disease and have a bad cough right now. Dr. Patel was amazing. It was a busy night and close to closing time, but he took a lot of time to understand my history and come up with the right path forward. I was so impressed and felt truly cared for by Dr. Patel and the staff.

I’ve visited this urgent care several times in the past and have always had good experiences, which is why I felt comfortable bringing my daughter here recently. The front desk staff was great, and the wait time was reasonable. Unfortunately, our experience with the medical assistant was very disappointing. She was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when asking questions. There are many ways to address concerns professionally and respectfully, but her tone and demeanor were unacceptable. It made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. The nurse practitioner who treated us afterward was kind and professional, and I appreciate her care. However, because of the medical assistant’s behavior, I will not be returning. I do not want my daughter to be treated that way agai

It's hard to have a good experience at an urgent care facility, but I have to say the staff was great. Even after a long, full day of patients, the nurse and doctor really made an effort to bring friendly smiles and energetic attitudes. They were very patient, accommodating my medication needs given that the local pharmacies were closed for the evening. Their positive attitudes were ṛefreshing and much appreciated.

Great care form the attending Helth providors, once you get pass the not so friendly front desk 'Gate Keeper'. My intake nurse was excellent as was my attending practitioner. They listened, understood and were very thourogh, polite and courteous. I won't live for ever, but I did get great care. Exam Room is very outdated, the staff deserves better more modern facilities to ply their tradecraft.
