Peachtree Immediate Care - Holly Springs

The NP that saw me was fantastic! I cannot stress enough how great she was. Listened to my issues and discussed what she thought was best and explained everything really well. And talk about bedside manner amazing! And they take my insurance.

I made a reservation online on one of the busiest days of the year- Monday before Christmas. When I arrived, the very polite and professional receptionist explained that there would be a 30-45 minute wait. No problem (I couldn’t be seen by my primary because they were also overwhelmed). I was called back 40 minutes later and my problem was thoughtfully handled by a ?PA. Meds were send to pharmacy quickly. Overall, a very good experience.

I booked an appointment yesterday morning for 12:30pm as I have the flu (turns out) and didn’t want to sit forever as a walk-in. I arrived at my appointment and the girls at the front desk had no idea who I was. I double checked the booking to make sure I had the right location before leaving my house. They finally asked me for my name and said “Oh yeah. Something happened to that reservation. You’ll have to sign in as a walk-in”. No offer of an explanation. No apology. Signed in on their tablet and waited an hour to see the PA in a waiting room with two other patients. I was asked what tests I wanted to do, which was weird for me (the patient) but I’m medically savvy and asked for a Covid and Flu test. It came back as the Flu and me knowing it’s a virus, all you can do is treat the sympto

I had a pleasant experience at the Holly Springs location. I was a last minute walk-in, and their last patient of the day, and everyone was very nice and efficient. The woman at the front desk was helpful both in person and on the phone. The nurse who saw me was quick and polite she got my vitals and my X-rays. I saw the nurse practitioner Christopher Cottel, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. He gave me a referral and an order and said to call with any other questions I might have. I would come back to this clinic.

I don't typically rely on urgent care services, but my recent visit to this location was truly outstanding. They were incredibly efficient, taking me in right away with virtually no wait time. I was impressed that I was in and out within the hour, and better yet, the staff provided a quick and accurate understanding of what was wrong. The clarity and speed of the service were unmatched. This was, without a doubt, the best service ever from an urgent care facility, and I highly recommend them.
