Little bit of a wait. . About 45 minutes before taken back but they were very busy so it's understandable. Staff was very friendly. . Was for pre job physical and once they had me back my chest X-ray, eye test and doctor visit went very fast. . All together very pleasant experience. .

I went in with a very bad chest and sinus infection that was treated at a different hospital by a nurse practitioner and the doctor did not think it was the correct medicine to help me. He put me on some other medication and it’s only day 2 and I think it is helping me to breath better already. I can’t thank him enough for taking my sickness seriously as he said my chest sounded bad and I had a hard time breathing. I also got in and out of the office quickly and impressed at how kind people are there!

Dr Tippens was educational and thorough. I appreciated him taking the time to give me options and to explain. Too often doctors just pass out a prescription and you leave not having any better understanding. I felt Dr Tippens is a genuinely invested physician, which is a rare commodity these days.

Just moved to Georgia and went to this urgent care on New Year's Eve. I made a "appointment" for 12pm. I waited 2 hours to see the doctor. I was told the "appointment" you make online is not really a appt it's a place holder. Not sure why they offer options online for appts if it's not really an appt. The urgent care from my previous state had a appt option and you never waited more then 10 minutes. The medical assistants were very nice and the doctor i saw was nice. understaffed with providers. They only have 1 doctor there treating the pts. It also needs a major upgrade. The doctor ordered me a abt for 3 days. After 2 days i had no relief. I called back and told the staff i needed a different abt because i had no relief. The NP called me back and told me my culture and sensitivity came

I’m visiting in Canton and had been experiencing ear pain and swelling. As a walk-in I was treated like an old friend. I didn’t have all my insurance cards with me and the receptionist handled it with ease and good humor. The doctor and nurse were prompt and thorough. When I’m back in the area and have a medical issue I’ll certainly return to the clinic.
