I visited Peachtree Immediate Care – Buckhead North on Sunday and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly thorough. My nurse went above and beyond — not only was she kind and patient, but she was also multitasking seamlessly by helping at the front desk while still delivering excellent clinical care. Her compassion and attentiveness truly stood out. I was seen by Dr. Willoughby, who was absolutely wonderful. She took her time listening to every one of my concerns, never rushed me, and validated what I was feeling. After explaining my ongoing dental implant pain, she gave me a clear, actionable plan to follow and recommended that I see a periodontist for further evaluation. We were very pleased with the care provided to our daughter. We visited the clinic first on a Sunday to deal with a sore throat. Although the quick strep test was negative, they called me on Tuesday to let me know that the test was positive and called in a prescription right away. My daughter also had an earache and when it turned worse, they saw her once again and got her on stronger antibiotics. Everyone was kind and caring and did an excellent job of explaining everything.

I made an appointment late in the day to determine nature of an infection. I preregistered on line. Registration was simple and fast. I was in and out of the center in less than 30 minutes. Admin staff was courteous and attentive as was the intake tech. Nurse practitioner was thorough, explained what she was doing and gave me her diagnosis in easy to understand terms. I was impressed with the level of professionalism I experienced throughout the entire process.

Great, caring doctor. We always use this as our urgent care now. The wait was a bit long, especially considering we made an appointment and did all the registration online. But it wasn’t too extreme so I still highly recommend this place. The doctor was phenomenal and great bedside manner.
