I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, efficient, and genuinely caring. Check-in was quick, and we barely waited before being seen. The provider took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with the plan before we left. The facility was clean, organized, and surprisingly calm for an urgent care setting. Everyone from the front desk to the medical team worked together seamlessly, and it showed in the quality of care we received. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such compassion, but this location absolutely does. We left feeling cared for and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommend.

Your staff was great. Everyone doing their jobs it seemed. Negative you had Only one Abey seeing patients, which was doing a wonderful job, very best she could. The waiting room was fairly full. We were all waiting like 3 hours to get relief. My first visit. 2nd annoying things. I had a spliting headache and every time someone opened any of your doors they would slam. No good for people coming to feel better by you. Please do get that fixed. Add more help Im sure you will double your business. Thank you

It was a great environment and the staff were excellent! One thing that needs to be worked is the wait times. I had an appointment for 1110 and did not get called back until 1240. Why have an appointment when it is based on who showed up first? I was talking to a gentleman who had an 1130 appointment who was called back 10 minutes before me.

I had a great experience at Peachtree Immediate Care in Brunswick. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. Check-in was smooth, the wait time was quick, and the medical team took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for and respected throughout my visit. The facility was clean, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing prompt and quality care.

My overall experience from The front desk to the nursing staff that took my vitals and the doctor that came in was wonderful. They made sure I was well comfortable, and taken care of. I Was nervous, but they assured me there was nothing to be nervous though, and I left there very happy
