Peaceful Pines Senior Living at Rapid City

My mom is there and the staff are wonderful though they are short staff at times. Emily, the main nurse, is outstanding. Mom had a stroke and has been away for a few weeks and Emily and her assistant went over to evaluate mom and they brushed her teeth, cleaned her hair, and told us that the staff where she was at weren't taking care of her the way they should. We couldn't thank her enough. This was well beyond Emily's duties. Thank you Emily and staff for caring for my mom.

The staff is incredible: warm, welcoming, and responsive. The amenities and activities are incredible: keeps my dad busy and social. The facility is spotless: very clean and well maintained. We are grateful we found a wonderful place for our loved one!

Information was requested about independent living and a tour was taken. Arrangements were made and a deposit was paid to hold an available apartment when one became available. At this point there have been numerous calls, texts sent the Peaceful Pines with no response. No updates on position on waiting list….no nothing. It was been several weeks with management being mia. Confidence level in their property is very low. If their response is no response how can one expect a “peaceful” environment…or safe?

Shawna has gone over and beyond helping our family over the last year. All staff we have encountered have been helpful and kind. This is a great place for retired people! Thank you!

Peaceful Pines is a great facility. Really friendly, caring, dedicated, and hardworking people working at this establishment.
