Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic

Picked up Zorro, a rescue needing a home. Pea Ridge Vet Clinic was wonderful. Professional and extremely friendly. You could tell the staff love these animals. Great care and courteous. Remember them the next your 'best friend' needs care. I'm going back!

My Sadie girl needed emergency surgery and I was recommended to Pea Ridge veterinary clinic to Dr. Brett & his staff. I told them our situation they got Sadie in the next morning for surgery took care of everything at a very affordable price. Dr. Brett & his staff have been nothing but amazing! He saved my service dog life. If it wasn't for her having this surgery she would not be here. Thank you so much Sr. BRETT & PEA RIDGE VETERINARY CLINIC! Ya'll are truly amazing and we're so great to my girl!

I was going back and forth on whether to even say anything… Gary Frances is AMAZING, so I have no ill will towards him. His front staff is kind as well, unfortunately, one member of staff can ruin the experience and that’s what happened. I won’t go into complete detail, but I’m sure the point will be taken when I say that stating, “I put the cast on so tight there’s no way she will be able to get out of it this time” should be enough. Or stating she should have to keep it on for 4 weeks, when I’ve now heard from multiple vets that you’re actually suppose to change a splint every 1-2 weeks. I ended up spending 2 days getting the cast off. Needless to say, my cat lost a leg because of how tight the cast was, her leg had become necrotic. And it all started just because of a messed up elbow. T

They got Carmella seen in a matter of minutes and treated her with compassion as well as dealing with a distraught owner that just found out their wiener dog has parvo and is dying. Now she gets crazy excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot.

I just wanted to come on here to say Pea ridge vet clinic SUCKS. Lacks genuine care for animals and has 0 regard for their lives. If I could put a 0 star I would. This place needs a new owner and new staff. Do NOT go here. My animal was in critical condition, I had an appointment for 3, decided the condition my animal was in was becoming critical and They refused to try to get me in earlier. This place is poorly ran and The staff is Careless and Extremely rude and heartless.
