The staff at PCHS is FAR superior to places like Kaiser P. I had a stroke, no medical assistance for 3 months. It was brutal. Then my insurance was dropped from KP so I went back to PCHS because Zack is still there and I feel comfortable with him seeing him off and on over a decade. On November 10th my boy Doc Holliday let me know it was time to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I have to take anxiety medication at times and I was spinning out bad. My dog was almost 13. I called the pharmacy in hysterics crying, needing my meds that day. The pharmacy was absolutely wonderful. They got in touch with with Zack immediately I had my meds within 3 hours. Thr first medical provider that has competent friendly staff. Does their very best to be on time. Provider listens and offers multiple options if avaliable

Was pleased with the kindness shown and patient professionalism by the nurses and doctor i saw. Most of the check in people were super friendly except one gal who I've noticed upon multiple visits to be rude and short with ailing patients having concerns.

Love these guys they go out of their way to make everyone feel like family and I know that you are going to find it as easy as I do to be able talk about yourself and your history with health care issues.,because they LISTEN to their patients.

I brought my wife In for a check up after a car accident and Kirsten Sylvester mad us feel like our pain was not her problem . their was no respect from doctor to patient. Everyone should be treated equally no matter what kind of insurance... Waisted our time here not helping us At all
