I have been a patient of Dr. Payton for some time now. I know that this sounds crazy but I am always happy to be there because everyone is so sweet, from the front desk to the Dental Assistant to Dr. Payton himself. I had to have a minor procedure done today and had to be numbed and I Never felt the needle that numbed me, to me that’s Excellent Service!!!🎆🌟🎉🎊❤️👏🏽👌🏾Even my husband is going to start coming to Dr. Payton, his first appointment is next Tuesday. If you are looking for a Great Dentistry Team give Dr. Payton a try because I don't think 🤔 that you will be disappointed.

The office staff is welcoming every time that I visit. They made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. From time I walked in, to meeting with the hygienist or dentist, I felt like all of the attention was focused on my issue. The customer service at Payton Cosmetic and Family Dentistry was AWESOME! I am genuinely pleased with their service.

Very friendly staff. My daughter and I came in for our routine visit. We were in and out in a short period of time. Our services have been superior each time we've visited. Let's go Dr. Payton & staff!

Dr. Payton and his staff are all absolutely wonderful! After years of neglecting my teeth due to a terrible experience with a dentist in Augusta that I was forced to see growing up I was in so much pain and had to do something. The best thing I ever did was call this office! Dr. Payton is fixing those years of neglect and giving me back my confidence. He’s so caring and compassionate and truly puts you first. He calms my anxiety by walking me through what he is doing and always makes sure I’m in no pain. His staff is also so friendly and caring. I tell everyone that will listen to me just how wonderful this office is. If you have been putting off going to the dentist, go see them because I promise you will not be disappointed! Best dentist office in our area hands down!

This is, by far the best dentist and dentistry you will ever experience. A caring atmosphere and very personal and professional. He and his staff provide services that other dentist are not qualified. I dare you to visit them!
