It had been almost a year since my last cleaning. My hygienist was very gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Usually my teeth hurt the rest of the day after a cleaning. I had no pain at all. I have been a patient here for many years. They are the best!

Dr. Melissa has been our family dentist since she started …has to be close to 30 years. My daughter has never seen another dentist, now my granddaughter is going there as well. The whole office is wonderful, will highly recommend.

Not to many people can say they actually ENJOY seeing their dentist and staff BUT...I do!! The ENTIRE staff is so friendly and helpful! Thank you to EVERYONE for always making my visit a happy one! 😁

Sadly, I’ll be seeking a new practice. I’ve been a patient since I moved to this area (over 10 years) and loved the hygienist and Dr. Melissa, but I called today for a tooth emergency that’s infected and painful in need of a referral that was given to me two years ago by Dr. Melissa for an endodontist, but I had misplaced. Amy told me I had a balance of $42 and couldn’t be seen until it was paid. She proceeded to ask me why I haven’t been there for two years and if I went elsewhere. First, none of her business, but I didn’t have dental insurance for two years and hadn’t been elsewhere. I told her that I didn’t have a way to pay over the phone and she said to come in and pay it before an appointment could be made and to just go to urgent care if it got too painful. After having my crown come off on a Saturday night, I called Monday morning and even though their computers were down they were able to get me in right away to take care of the problem. I have always had a positive experience with everyone there and would recommend Payne and Payne to anyone.
