I would have loved to have given them a good review but their policy for being able to order medicine from a pharmacy is one I feel is incredibly unhelpful, unnecessary and difficult. Nobody explained this policy to me at any point during my visit. I understand that I was given a printed prescription, but the pharmacy I order from needs the prescription faxed directly from the vet. I was refused this courtesy of faxing my prescription to the pharmacy due to the “policy” of this office and was explained to by an office member that “the five years that I’ve been here, that’s been our policy, and you have everything you need to get medicine so we can’t help you anymore”. Our first visit was amazing. The vet tech was most helpful and showed a great deal of empathy for our little guy Jaeger. We and Jaeger appreciate the professionalism in Cari g for our little guy. Dr. Gonzales was most helpful to reassure us, and to explain some of the ageing conditions our little guy is experiencing. Thank you so much, and in future we know that our little guy is in good hands.

Excellent service. I changed to Paws from VCA. VCA pushes their pet insurance and their attitude is somewhat questionable and over priced. On average they charge $500.00 plus for yearly shots. They hand you an iPad that unless you have glasses on, its hard to read and your simply told to sign. I had nothing like that at Paws. In fact, the Doctor from Paws called twice to see how my pug was doing. My Pug suffered from a type of stomach flu. They took him directly in, and treated him. I was very pleased. I've recently took my pug Benny in to have his yearly shots. The Doctors was very honest and helpful. Benny needed to have two growths removed and his teeth cleaned. Benny who is 10,, needed to have one tooth removed during the dental cleaning. I am very pleased with the outcome. Also,

At Paws Animal Hospital they put your pet 1st. The care they provide and the love they have to help our animal(s) feel better is not like most places.... it's WAY BETTER. This is my new go to vet. Now and forever!! Thank you so so so much!!!! Plutonium (Pluto) is already thriving much better!

We were so thankful they could get us in for a same day appointment to check our dog for a vaccine reaction. Dr Mahoney was wonderful with her explanation and care plan. We appreciated the follow up calls in the following days too. Thank you Paws Animal Hospital staff.
