Pavilions Pharmacy

I had a horrible experience with this pharmacy today. After getting a text from the pharmacy that my husbands prescription was ready, I went to the pharmacy at 4:30 pm today to pick it up. 30 minutes before closing, the pharmacy turned off all their lights, removed all their filled medications, and put their gates up. I asked to get my husbands meds. They said they already put it back and it was too late. I said that isn’t fair. They made me wait 30 minutes to refill my husbands prescription. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I will never ever go back.

I want to share my INCREDIBLE experience with Pharmacist Hamida who went above and beyond with helping me with getting replacement autoinjectibles from Amgen in a timely way so that I could stay on schedule for injections. My wife and I have always gotten great service from Pavilions Pharmacy but this one was even better. When I retired recently and we had to switch our drug plan we made sure that Pavilions was in our network. Today’s experience was why we did so, THANKS HAMIDA!

This is my favorite pharmacy. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and never had any problems. The pharmacists and staff are very nice and make it a pleasant experience. Much better than CVS and other pharmacies I've tried in the past.

Worse service ever. They have a drive thru, I went to pick up my husband meds and the window was closed. I decided to go into the store and the pharmacy was open. I asked about the drive thru and they said yes it is open and the guy ran over and opened it! This was at 10:30 am!! Also two separate episodes we got text that the medication is ready, but when we went there they did not have it in stock and said they had to order it!! The tech was rude and was not willing to help us find another pharmacy that carried it. We are switching pharmacies!!

Thank you sooo much Darrel for reminding me to use my app for my roast on sale. He was very friendly, efficient, and the little blonde bagger was nice for the compliment on my mask. All items on sale still stocked, and guy at meat counter with American flag was extra helpful and cordial. Great experience!
