Pavilions Pharmacy

The pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful — he remembers all the “regulars” — and the staff are always friendly and efficient. (Sometimes there is a short line but I’ve never been to a pharmacy where there wasn’t so…)

Zero stars is the correct score. Made appointment online and they were closed. Remade appointment for Covid Moderna waited 15 minutes in line when they told me they did not have the Covid vaccine. Trust these folks at your peril. Pavillion Pharmacy is not trustworthy!

Very poor service from an Asian lady Pharmacist. She was rude and impatient. This is one of the most disorganized Pharmacies I have ever experienced. Chris the other Pharmacist acted aloof and argumentative with other customers. The whole vibe was very low in this location. Perhaps some interpersonal training can be implemented here as it is overall poor and I will not be back to tolerate further rudeness as a paying customer. This is not my fist visit here and the attitude has become the standard.

I usually never post reviews, but I genuinely have never had a positive experience here. Prescriptions are commonly never ready on time, which I can deal with but what I can’t deal with is the rude and aloof attitude of the people working behind the counter. Twice now I’ve been told that I don’t have refills for important medications that my doctor HAS indeed refilled. I have a medication that I have to take or else I have extremely damaging symptoms/withdrawals, instead of calling me and leaving a voicemail when they couldn’t get the doctor’s refill approval they waited to tell me until I came in needing the medication in order to live my daily life.

Best pharmacy in the area for sure. The pharmacist (Chris? Guessing it's him based on the name in other reviews) is amazing, super helpful. Sometimes there's a long-ish wait or you have to talk to multiple people to get the answer to your question, but everyone is very polite and helpful.
