Pavilion Pediatrics

Ashley Davis (NP) is SO great with our toddler. She used to be afraid to go to the doctor's office, but she has such a great way with kids. She's like the Disney princess of doctors! Highly recommend! They also have same day quick sick appointments, and we've also just called in for issues and we've always received prompt care. The desk staff is busy but they've always been nice. They recently renovated their office too, which is great because it was looking a bit worse for ware last year. Just wish they had toys in the waiting room.

Baby has gotten some super rude nurses her last two visits- they don’t answer questions or are extremely terse, treat the baby like an annoying job they wish was over already, administer shots like it’s none of the parents’ business what is given (pretty sure the RSV label was ripped off the syringe before it was administered, not sure why), baby is sobbing, we asked for a sticker to distract her from the three injections and was told “go get it at the front desk.” Sorry Ms Quinn, there’s gotta be a better work environment for you than with kiddos. This kind of behavior reflects badly on your care, clinic or for the rest of your team. TL;DR - dirty facility, pushy providers and disrespectful office staff. We brought our newborn baby here for her first check up after seeing the good reviews. We will not be returning. The facility is filthy, with stains on the walls and ceilings; also there is also no separate waiting room for well-visits/newborns and kids who are sick. We were seen by CRNP Mbah - she was very nice, handled our baby well during her exam, and offered good advice, however on a follow up call, stated it was mandatory to return for both a one week follow up weight check, and a two week repeat metabolic screening blood test. Nowhere in her vocabulary was the term “informed consent.” I don’t want to expose my newborn, with her vulnerable immune system, to unnecessary germs. My wife and I weighed her at home,

I've been with Dr. Gable at Pavilion Pediatrics for 3 years now and have been SO happy with her and the practice! I always get in quickly for sick visits (if I don't use the walk-in quick sick hour in the morning, which is awesome), and I hardly ever wait more than a minute or two for Dr. Gable. When I've seen any of the other clinicians I've been happy with them too. Highly recommend!

My four children have seen Dr. Ganunis since birth. I could not love this practice, or our doctor, more. He is calm and answers any and all questions, without being even the least bit condescending. He took a health concern of one of my children’s very seriously; calling me after hours, and getting me into a fantastic specialist much quicker than I could’ve on my own. I am so attached to Pavilion, that I would not even consider moving out of the area. We are lucky to be patients here.
