We recently had our grandmother moved to this facility after going through some unfortunate situations at a prior Convalescence home. We are so over joyed with the decision we made. The staff is very friendly, informative and concerned about the well being of our grandmother. The facility is very well kept as well as the patients. Right now I am working on having her doctors follow up with me to keep me informed of any medical updates asap, which I'm sure will not be a problem in the near future. I will definitely recommend Country Villa Pavillion to you and your family.

***Just so you know, they accept patients with covid and quarantine them... again, they have sections where there are patients recovering from COVID*** I give it zero stars if possible, I filed grievance because my father caught covid, showed signs of dehydration and they LOST my father's dentures and his personal cellphone. Getting a hold of the Admin or acting administrator is impossible, front desk usually says she is in a meeting or not in the office yet. I leave messages, but do not receive a call back and yet received a payment. I would not recommend no one to bring their loved one to this facility! Facility has great staff and nurses that really care for all their patients, looks and smells very clean.
