I had a wonderful experience with the Activities Department at Pavilion Healthcare. The team goes above and beyond to create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for the residents. I was especially impressed by the Activities Director, who was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and always full of creative ideas to keep everyone involved and entertained. Their dedication to enriching the lives of the residents truly stood out, and it was clear that they genuinely care about each individual’s well-being. Whether it was organizing fun group events or offering one-on-one support, the Activities Director played a key role in making Pavilion feel like a welcoming and joyful place. Great place! Employees are great and hard working! The administration is awesome!

My mom relapse in this place with someone giving her alcohol. She also was fed a peanut butter sandwich for dinner at 9pm at night. I had to come up there to feed her some proper food. Patients are neglected in this facility. They also have bad attitudes towards the elders. I understand it’s a lot when dealing with people but the system they have going on here is not filling proper codes and guidelines. Places like this needs a monthly check up for inspection. You can literally smell how bad this place is from outside to walking inside. The smell literally shows how bad it is here. My mother left on her own in a wheel chair just to get away from these people.
