Pavilion of Logan Square

I have had my mother here at Pavillion going on 2 years now in June. I can truly say I have not had any issues with Administration they have always answered my questions and or helped me with issues like with health insurance they have been great in all aspects and more. My mom was put in hospice care and they were very very helpful to say I got my mother out of hospice She's like she was never in it. On the floor she's on the nurses are great so are the cnas I will say I had an issue 1 time with an cna and it was taken care of immediately after I reported it. I have my mom n another relative on a different floor and no complaints. Front desk I see new staff So I'm getting to know them. I also have recommended other short term ppl and they have not had any problems overall I'm glad I cho

Excellent service. Staff is very attentive to my brother's needs. I am always informed concerning his medication intake. He likes participating in activities which is in my opinion well organized and full of excitement. Keep up the good work.

Having an elderly parent with dementia has been an overwhelming and challenging experience. The staff at Pavilion have been very supportive. I am grateful to Maria Pineda for her guidance during this transition for my mother. Maria, Roberto, the nurses, social workers & everyone at Pavilion are professional, welcoming & genuinely caring.

As a repeating patient over the past 3 years. This place has been in the past and now up to the task I needed. Medical needs met, but above all emotion. In the Rollercoaster of feeling that illness brings. It is safe to say they fill that need as well. Knowledge and people skills at their best.
