Pavilion of Bridgeview

I stayed for about a week due to a fractured ankle and drop foot. I couldn’t go straight home from the hospital. I have, unfortunately, had many recent experiences with rehabilitation facilities due to my mother’s illness as well. As with any facility, you need to temper your expectations; the food is not gourmet quality, it does smell like urine because most residents are eldery and have accidents; the staff to patient ratio is high. Taking all that into account, my stay was problem-free. Everyone from the cnas Asia, Janice and Gina never once had an attitude and were do helpful. I also like to point out excellent service by the PT team Rochelle and Phan. And a shout out the social worker Tiana who ensured a smooth discharge. I know everyone’s experience will differ. My mom received great care here during her stay. Friendly, and caring staff. Room was always clean. After a few weeks of rehab my mom is back to being independent.

The nurses and cna's were nice and attentive to my love one service was good my only issue was that food could have been better

This place neglects and mistreats there patients. Smells like urine and feces. Had our lived one on bear mattress no sheets, did not move him or get him up, had to call 2 or 3 days in order to have him dressed and in a chair when visiting him. One time was told we have no adult diapers so he was naked under his sheet. Was supposed to feed him. Left the food and had to eat with only one good arm but had that good arm up against the wall so he was unable to grab anything, did not change his pee bag, lost his hearing aids 2 times ... I can go on and on.i would give them negative stats if it where an option. Please don't send your love ones hear. Consider other options, take your loved ones here out to somewhere else.

Very clean facility. Toured with Ms. Singletary she was very helpful. Staff seemed attentive and approachable.
