I wanted to leave some feedback, and this is not about the care itself, as I haven’t yet had the opportunity to be a patient. It’s more about my experience as a new customer trying to get information. I called to ask questions about services I might need and spoke with Haylee, who said she would call me back with more details and also offered to schedule an appointment, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call or confirmation, so I’m unsure if the appointment was ever entered into the system. After a few days, I called back (understanding that businesses can get busy) and spoke with her again, but it seemed she did not recall our previous conversation, even after I provided my information. I had a great dental visit today and just had to share how wonderful the experience was. The assistant, Yohani, was amazing! She was very welcoming, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her professionalism and warm personality truly made my visit a positive one. I definitely recommend this office!
