The staffing. At this facility is atrocious. The staffing and team members are rude and have very bad attitudes. I would recommend going else if needing dental or oral surgery needs. The negativity from the staffing alone is enough to not use this business . There is a reason they only have 2 star review

Dr. Wood himself is absolutely amazing! I couldn't ask for a better surgeon for my son. However his office staff is a whole other story. The front desk is rude and have zero understanding or compassion. When you have to call the after hours number, if they even answer are rude and act as if you are bothering them. Also when I had to call over the weekend due to excessive bleeding that my son was experiencing no one answered nor returned our calls. He had bleeding issues for 2 1/2 days with zero help from the office. Trying to calm a teenager down, who is on the spectrum, while trying to control the bleeding with zero help from the office is not a good time. Again Dr. Wood himself was amazing it is the support staff that fell completely short and were very disappointing.

They won't file insurance for any Medicare supplemental insurance. Period. Cash only.

Front office staff is not friendly nor compassionate very rude.
