Customer Reviews
I can’t say enough about the experience I had with Dr. Paul Jackson and his entire team. From my very first appointment through my successful neck surgery and recovery, I felt completely supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Jackson’s expertise is evident in every interaction—he takes the time to explain things clearly, answer questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my treatment plan. The surgical team and staff (Michelle & Marissa)were equally outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a stressful situation feel manageable and most reassuring. I always felt like I was in the best possible hands. I still have work to do, but, thanks to Dr. Jackson and his team, I’m now on my way to being pain‑free and able to get back to my lif
Outstanding neurosurgeon focusing on minimally invasive procedures to alleviate back pain for me. I have had two lumbar decompressions 10 years apart with great results. Care Team is very responsive to address issues, questions. Highly recommended.
In 2013 I felt weakness in my left leg. This was due to a disk basically getting squished from my spine into my spinal column and slightly compressing the spinal cord. The medical term for this condition is cervical spondylosis with myelopathy. Whether this occurred over time or from a single injury, I don't know. In my case, the weakness in my left leg is permanent -- from slight paralysis. To prevent further paralysis, Dr. Jackson performed surgery (in 2013) to remove the disk and fuse the accompanying vertebrae. That surgery is called C3/4,C4/5 Anterior Cervical Discectomy with Fusion (ACDF). I can't possibly describe how grateful and impressed I am by Dr. Jackson's work (and from his support team). A month ago, I fell and pretty badly sprained my neck. I was very worried that I may
I recently met with Dr. Paul Jackson to discuss my ongoing spine related issue. The idea was to understand medical intervention options and get his expert opinion on whether a surgery is warranted for this condition. He was very forthcoming and answered my questions and concerns satisfactorily. The most important aspect of this interaction was that he was to the point and pragmatic in his view of the situation. He didn't try to scare me or influence me in any way. He simply laid out the facts of the matter and said that it is upto me to decide whenever I feel that my situation is affecting my quality of life. He explained the procedure and any risks involved and allayed any concerns that I had about this particular procedure.
I had a large cyst in my spinal cord within the Dura causing loss of leg and ankle function, along with pain in legs. Dr Jackson was the only neurosurgeon to review the MRI documents and catch the cause of the issue. During the process of preparing for the surgery, he was extremely detail oriented and it become clear he was the best surgeon for the job. It was potentially a complex procedure and as a precaution, had another surgeon join the procedure in case a consult was needed during the surgery. Post surgery 3 weeks and I'm walking without pain for the first time in 2 years and he gave me back my quality of life. I chose Dr Jackson above other surgeons, particularly when a surgeon at Stanford told me that Dr Jackson was the best he knew for this procedure. Dr Jackson is a pro and
