Paul Henry Sherman Outpatient. Surgery Center.

10/22 about 8:15 AM. The surgery center itself, and all of the nurses, doctor and other staff were amazing, except the receptionist. Got off the elevator and there was a couple that was ahead of me in the previous waiting room so when I walked up to the front, I said oh she's here first go ahead and sign in and the other lady said thank you but the receptionist said no it's OK. Honey just go ahead and sign in. She can wait. I turned around and looked at the other lady and I couldn't believe it. Again she said sign in she can wait and then started asking me questions.. It was so unbelievably rude and disgusting I couldn't believe it. I felt so sorry for the lady. as a nurse at Advent I hope to God I would never hear one of our staff members talking like that/to/about a patient

Everyone was Very Caring So Professional Excellen Staff . I Had Nurse Josh and Jessica and Vanessa Awesom Team!! And Dr George Papanicolaou Surgery Team Were So Amazing and Very Very Caring And Professional Your Definitely in The Greatest Hands EVER!! THANK YOU So Much For Caring !!😁

This Surgery Center is a top notch facility on taking care of patients. From the moment we checked in all the way to discharge. We have nothing but praise to this facility. As I’m getting very anxious and scared for my Major Surgery. They explained, took their time and sat with me to make sure that I understand everything. Also they reassured me that they will take care of me and make me comfortable during the procedure process. These are just the few people help me and treated me like a family. I was blown away with how great everyone did. My 5 year old son had to get surgery on his teeth and the comfort that this nervous mommy felt from start to finish was so warming to say the least. Definitely recommend
