I have been going here for 18+ years. The team is efficient, timely, professional and kind. I trust them and truly believe they have my best interest at hand. They worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and seen when I had a recent dental issue. Highly recommend them!

This practice is the best, and my family has been patients for years!! Our prior dentist(s) could never compare to the excellent work administered by Dr. Patty Thompson and her staff; extremely professional and experts!!! When ever any family member, especially children, have issues, each member has been seen the day a call was placed, mentioning our concern. We have had no issues with insurance. The practice has always promptly reported/filed our paperwork to insurance company. It should be stressed that it is the patient's responsibility to have direct contact with their insurance company prior to any medical procedure to determine if his/her procedure and doctor are accepted. My family has never had an issue!!!!! I can only recommend this dentist to anyone in driving distance.

This practice is a joke !! The woman Maite is nasty as ever to talk to I seen a patient walk out on her before and now I get why !! Dr patty is obnoxious she will do surgery on you and never send in your pain killers or meds needed after. Good luck trying to get a hold of her after she takes your money !!

My wife and I were dental patients of Dr. Patty Thompson throughout 2019. Frankly, in my decades of working with businesses in all kinds of professions, this has got to be the absolute worst administratively run business of all time and one whose integrity comes into serious question. Following teeth cleaning, I was advised that I needed other work done to include crown replacements. My wife needed a night guard to compensate for teeth grinding. Waiting over 6 months now, this work was supposedly submitted to our insurance company for approval and we were told that none were approved. Very curious! Then after my wife’s teeth cleaning we got a notice from our insurance company that they did not cover the cleaning. That really got my attention so I called the insurance company. They

They are a no pressure dentistry. Honest and kind. I trust them and that's hard to find. These are good, hardworking, & compassionate women. I'm very thankful for finding such a nice dentist & crew.
