d I was really impressed with my visit to this urgent care. The doctor was incredibly nice, patient, and explained everything clearly. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which made the whole visit stress-free. I truly appreciate the care they provided.

This place use to be good , but I came here the other day and I had to come twice to get help and the second time I still didn't get help , I will never come here again. The ladies in the front seem to be more empathic. As for the doctor here .... she don't have empathy atleast for me . I don't knw if its because she has a problem with my race or what it is because she made me feel like my sickness wasn't bad enough for her. They need to get rid of Renee P. because she looks very frail and like she needs to retire already. I think something is wrong with her and that is probably why she can't do her job correctly because she needs help

My family & I have had great experiences at this location, however today we had a visit with Renee Pimentel NP, she’s a horrible provider, lacks empathy, & has the worst bedside manners. My daughter is very ill, & she asked her “what do you need” after my daughter explained her symptoms she told her “ and what do you want me to do” she refused to physically exam her in person, everything was done over the phone. She did not provide competent care, and our insurance paid her, for her to be rude & arrogant, we ended up having to go to the hospital, I encourage patients who have these types of experiences to submit a Grievance with their insurance provider.

I usually have pleasant experiences here, but today I had the worst experience I have ever had with any medical provider, in my 60 plus years. Renee Pimentel NP, is extremely unprofessional & rude, she lacks empathy & chose th wrong profession. I am sick & she did nothing for me, however received a payout from my health insurance. I will never go there again if she is there.

This message only pertains to the NP Renee. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any urgent care. Renee was disrespectful when I had follow up questions and did not seem to have concern with my condition. As a practicing healthcare provider, I saw many flaws in her evaluation and no interest for my visit. If Healthcare practitioners aren’t patient centered, they should look for a different career.
