not allowing people to merge in a construction zone and speeding through a school zone while kids are walking on the sidewalks and busses are pulling out back to back isn’t a good look while driving with a business on a van. do better.

I had an extremely scary situation with the Salt Lake City Patterson office today. My vacuum shut down today. I called Patterson repair and asked if they could look up my warranty. She said "sure, will you hold?" She came back on the phone and said I purchased in it 2010, and unfortunately, Midmark's warranty is only 2 years, I would have to purchase a new one, around 10k. I googled Midmark warranty, and it came up 5 years. My vacuum was under warranty!!! She bold faced lied to me! Benco came to service and they reaffirmed that Midmark has always had a great warranty. Buyer be definitely BEWARE! I did call them back and they said sorry for the mistake. Really Patterson?

A few days ago their driver almost rammed me 2x going 80-90 mph. I followed it, took the lic #. I called this company, and they literally didn't care. Didn't want to write down the lic #, my name, or phone #. I will report this to the police !

They have always been prompt and their service is the best! We can always count on them!
