Extremely Disorganized and Misleading Company As a dental practice owner who has spent thousands of dollars with Patterson Dental over the years, I feel compelled to share our deeply frustrating experience. We were charged $1,008 for labor on a sterilizer that Patterson took off-site, failed to diagnose, and returned without completing any repairs. No clear explanation was ever provided, despite multiple calls requesting updates. In addition to that, they billed us $1,309 for a loaner equipment rental, despite repeatedly assuring us that the fee would be waived. We had to dispute this charge twice.
